No, I am not kidding. You can do this. Windows 10’s new Game DVR function is to be used to record videos of gaming moments that you want to remember, but in reality, you can record videos of any open applications or desktop soft wares. So yay! To do this, you can press the Windows key + G. A box will soon appear, asking you if you want to open the Game bar. Well, lie, and press Yes, this is a game box, and another plethora of options will appear in the same bar. It is simple – all you have to do is click on Record to start recording the video. You can find the recorded videos in the Game DVR of the Xbox’s inbuilt app and under the user folder Videos followed by Captures. This trick is handy if you are into making instructional videos for YouTube and the likes.

Who do you contact when you have a Jira question? Knowing whether to contact the project-level admin or the application-level admin will save time and get user questions resolved faster. Need an issue closed, a sprint started, or a component added? Those are project-level admin duties. Need a new Jira project, an integration, or a change that impacts the application as a whole? That’s a job for the application-level admin. Application admins should delegate all project setting and individual issue questions to project admins. Tip: In each Jira project, use the project’s “Description” field to list the name of a single point of contact. This way, users always know who to contact first. Using the “Description” field is particularly helpful if the listed lead is a generic user or distribution list. See screenshot.
I’ll confess: I stink at this. I hate to ask for help, and often it seems more trouble to explain a task to someone else than to just do it myself. But not everything that needs to be done in your life must be done by you. Evaluate that to-do list carefully. What tasks could someone else do, thereby freeing you up to focus on the things only you can do? Look around you: who is available to do some of those tasks? A secretary? A colleague? A family member? A paid helper? An important key to productivity is doing only those things that only you can do, and giving somebody else the opportunity to contribute by doing those other tasks.
