Right now, if u plan to get a 70%'ed weapon, make it yourself it is nearly free to scroll things with 70% spell traces during fever time. So next time you want a "decent weapon" for that character you just got to 150, do it yourself. 70% spell traces work nearly every single time with fever time and the guild buff. Starforcing to 10 stars should take about 10-20m. Don't let ppl merch 70% weapons on you.
