If in a gated Community and you want your food fast, provide some way of getting through the gate quickly.

I don't care if it's a call from the keypad, a gate code, or meeting me at the gate. I can't always spend 10 min trying to figure out how to get to your house/apartment. Also, make sure to answer your phone when I inevitably need to call or text you to get in. Otherwise you may not ever get that food.
