Just silver 2 here but I see this all the time. My support goes for a trade at the same time I go to cs a cannon minion. Often times this means my support gets 1 skill shot and 1 aa of damage on the enemy adc, but in return takes 2 skill shot's + 1-2 aa's of damage, not a good trade. Just trade 1 second earlier or later and then it's at least a 2v2 trade instead of 1v2.
